What we collect
Through the contact form you send us your name, email address and message, and if you wish, the service, date, filming location and budget. We only collect the information you send us yourself.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and organise the agreed work. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. We process it to reply to your enquiry and to take the steps needed before entering into a contract.
Where it is stored
Enquiries sent through the contact form are stored by our website host Netlify and forwarded to our email. We keep your information only as long as we need it to reply to your enquiry and organise our work together.
Videos and cookies
The website itself does not use cookies. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode for videos. On the homepage, the player loads when you press play; on individual film pages, it loads with the video section. YouTube’s terms apply when you use the player.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@swaly.ee. If you believe we have misused your data, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or collect personal data.
